BioHi there! I'm Marufuji Shou, welcome to my journal. I'm a 3rd year Obelisk Blue student here at Duel Academy. I'm currently working towards being Kaiser like my brother!

Personality: At the beginning of the series, Shou was a very un-confident character who didn't really believe in his own abilities as a duelist. Although he tries hard, he gets disillusioned very easily when things go wrong. When things go right, however, Shou sometimes gets such a confidence boost that he can become over-confident which results in him making rash decisions that aren't always the best.
Luckily, now in his third year (*Technically his 4th*) he has grown a lot in his confidence and abilities. He doesn't get so easily flustered in duels any longer. He's gradually learning to stand on his own two feet rather than having people there to support him.
Other than this, Shou is a sweet and rather polite person, who gives his oppodents in duels respect. He cares a lot for his friends and stands by them, he's still a little spazzy and he still isn't the type to hide his emotions very well, if something upsets him, he'll cry, if someone angers him, he'll show it to them. Though he's a lot braver now than he was, he doesn't run away from challenges any longer.
Shou has also expressed feelings of jealousy in the past, but this was mostly in the 2nd season when Kenzan was threatening to take his place as Juudai's little brother, the two of them get along much better now.
History:
Shou's story began when he met Juudai at the dueling entrance exam to the Academy. The two of them ended up in the same dorm, Osiris Red, and even ended up in the same room. Shou instantly took a liking to Juudai, seeing him as a brother, so he began calling him "Aniki". He looks up to Juudai and was rarely seen not by his side. In episode 7, while Juudai and Shou are practising for their tag duel to save them from being expelled for wandering into the Abdandoned Dorm, it's revealed that Shou has a rather powerful card in his deck, "Power Bond", a card given to him by his older brother Ryou. Due to a bad experience with the card when he was younger, Shou felt he couldn't play it. Luckily this is something that he eventually got over when he finally used the card in the tag duel.
In season 2, Shou is given a rival to his younger brother status to Juudai, Tyranno Kenzan. Shou grew jealous of him and would often argue and fight with him over Juudai. Shou was also promoted to Ra Yellow in this season when he beat Ran, an Obelisk Blue girl, in a duel.
In season 3 he is promoted to Obelisk Blue, but when he gets kidnapped by O'Brien in order for him to duel Juudai, Shou decided to go back down to Ra Yellow, believing that it doesn't feel right for him to be in blue yet and that he'll get stronger by following his own path and will aim from yellow, to continue following his brother.
After this, the sand world thing happens and Shou became a zombie, zombie Shou gave Juudai a hug \o/
Due to branching off from the anime and not doing dark world, Shou didn't lose any respect for Juudai while the events with Uebel took place on the island and he didn't really do anything that important from what I remember XD Just stood by Juudai and supported him!
Shou worked hard and when he began his repeat of his 3rd year, he was once again moved up to blue, but this time he moved up via his own path and his own strength. Now a stronger and more confident duelist, he's beginning to catch up to his brother.
Extra Abilities: Other than aniki cult gayness? Nothing XD
